Cherokee Medical Center

Cherokee Medical Center, a division of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, is a 125-bed acute care facility located in Gaffney, South Carolina, that services Cherokee County and the surrounding areas. The hospital has expanded over the years to meet the needs of the growing community by providing an emergency department, imaging services, surgical suites, an accredited chest pain center, critical care, orthopaedic, rehabilitation, urology and wound care.

Pelham Medical Center

Offering emergency services, world-class cancer treatment, and surgical and primary care, Pelham Medical Center is located at Westmoreland Road and Highway 14 in Greer, South Carolina. The 48-bed, acute-care facility includes emergency services, inpatient and observation care, intensive care rooms and areas with telemetry for monitoring cardiac patients. The medical center complex includes the Medical Office Building, the Surgery Center at Pelham and the Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute at Pelham. In 2022, Pelham Medical Center has been recognized as one of Modern Healthcare’s 100 companies and organizations named Best Places to Work in Healthcare. In 2018, Pelham Medical Center was recognized by Healthgrades as one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals for orthopaedic surgery.

Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care

Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care (SHRC) is a licensed, freestanding 97-bed, long-term, acute-care hospital, and a licensed 25-bed skilled nursing facility. SHRC is designed to help patients who need care longer than is provided in a traditional hospital setting. The hospital, which is affiliated with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, is built around three key services: pulmonary care, wound care and rehabilitation. An interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and therapists offer expert care in each of these areas, enabling patients to recover more fully so that they can function independently once they return home.

Spartanburg Medical Center (SMC) is a research and teaching hospital with two locations in Spartanburg, South Carolina: Spartanburg Medical Center on East Wood Street and Spartanburg Medical Center — Mary Black Campus on Skylyn Drive. Spartanburg Medical Center offers state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment for Upstate South Carolina residents. Formerly Mary Black Health System-Spartanburg, Spartanburg Medical Center — Mary Black Campus became part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in 2019.

For more than 90 years, Spartanburg Medical Center - Mary Black Campus has provided healthcare to the Upstate. The facility features surgical suites, nationally accredited inpatient rehabilitation, a 24-bed emergency department, Neonatal Intensive Care services, geriatric psychiatric services, a joint care program, cardiology services, a nationally accredited chest pain center and a sleep center. Outpatient services include imaging, endoscopy, wound care, rehabilitation and a women’s breast health center. A patient-centered, professional, highly-skilled facility, we provide continuity of care through the dedicated work of our nurses, physicians, staff and volunteers.

Union Medical Center

Union Medical Center (UMC), a division of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System (SRHS), is a 85-bed hospital in Union, South Carolina. Its mission is to provide quality health care to the residents of Union County through emergency, outpatient, laboratory, radiology and pharmacy services. Other services are available through SRHS, including an integrated healthcare delivery system, which encompasses coordinated care of medical services; access to a multi-specialty physician group; and increased efficiencies and access to the most advanced technologies.
